Privacy notice

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect your name, email address and whether you identify as an individual, freelancer or MSME/business. We also record your consent time and may capture campaign attribution values included in the link you used, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term. These values are read from the URL at the time you register; SYO does not currently use tracking cookies for waitlist attribution. This waitlist does not ask for or collect legal-case information.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage the early-access list, understand which outreach campaigns bring people to the site, and email you about SYO’s early access and launch. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Service providers and analytics

Supabase provides database infrastructure for waitlist records, and Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly page-view analytics. We do not send the information you enter in the waitlist form to Vercel Analytics. These providers process data as infrastructure providers supporting this service.

Sharing, retention and security

We do not sell your personal data. We retain waitlist information only while it is needed to operate the early-access register and contact registrants. We delete or anonymise it when that purpose ends, consent is withdrawn, or deletion is requested, unless applicable law requires retention for longer.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

To withdraw from early-access emails, request removal of your waitlist record or raise a privacy concern, email privacy@settleyourown.in from the address you used to register. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

India privacy approach

SYO is adopting privacy-by-design practices while applicable Indian data-protection provisions continue their phased commencement. This notice may be updated as the service develops or legal requirements change.

Age requirement

The waitlist and planned SYO service are intended for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit personal data if you are under 18.

Children

If you believe that a person under 18 has submitted personal data, email privacy@settleyourown.in so we can review and delete it.
